The Role
We are seeking a creative and process-oriented leader to become our Head of Growth, spearheading our mission to help people achieve financial independence with the world’s first financial router.
As Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role developing and executing marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention, and generating wide-reaching brand awareness among our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and company goals.
- Digital and Content Marketing:
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Coordinate and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, such as videos, graphics, and promotional content.
- Brand Management and Positioning:
- Enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Manage social media strategies to engage with the audience and drive traffic.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Community team to leverage the community for user growth and retention.
- Partner with the product team to align growth strategies with product development and business needs.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on B2C/B2SMB companies (fintech experience is an advantage).
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
